I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, centrally located in the heart of Lisbon, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with all staff being very friendly and providing excellent service in all areas. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the pan-roasted beef tenderloin. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, missing some key amenities. The overall value for money was satisfactory in consideration of the prime location.
